Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

We will offer:

  • Replacement
    or

  • Full refund (based on the situation)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
